Spill Decks
for IBC, Drums, Tank Cars & Trucks
These
basins capture leaks from IBC’s caused by rust, corrosion, faulty
valves and worn fittings. These IBC Spill Pallet Models have been
developed to meet these needs and allow for compliance with EPA Container
Storage Regulations.
Hidden
Containment Bladder Automatically Unfurls To Capture Large Spills
Or Drum Leaks Spill Deck Bladder Systems are low profile, polyethylene
containment decks which meet EPA and Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment
Regulations. Available in 1, 2 and 4-drum modules, the low 5 3/4 deck
height allows safe and convenient drum loading, even without drum
handling equipment. Add the optional polyethylene loading ramp for
even greater handling ease.
Spill
Pallets Are Built For Heavy Loads And Convenient Handling. Meet EPA
and Uniform Fire Code Containment Pallet Regulations.
Track
Pans in Poly and FRP have been designed to provide spill containment
at industrial rail sidings and locomotive maintenance facilities.
Available in virtually any length, Track Pans may be used to collect
incidental spills and drips OR to capture and channel off significant
spills caused by defective equipment or a major overflow. These pans
prevent costly cleanup and regulatory Fines . They are economical,
and easy to install .
Fiberglass
or Metal constructed Hazardous storage buildings are used for environmentally
safe means of storage of drums or tanks in outdoor areas.
Anchored
Thermoplastics offer many unique advantages as a lining system. By
combining the well known benefits of plastics with the structural
advantages of concrete, a completely liquid-tight, cost-effective
structure can be achieved. Thermoplastic Lining System is able
to accommodate differentials in coefficients of expansion between
the concrete and the plastic lining. Often times an Anchored Thermoplastic
lining can be prefabricated, offering unparalleled speed of installation.
Double walled systems offers all of the above, as
well as dual containment with leak monitoring capabilities -- a very
desirable feature in complying with ever-tightening environmental
regulations for below grade concrete chemical containment structures.
